Grumpy Little Aydin
Aydin gave out a mighty tantrum this evening that shook the whole house down. Firstly he was still pissed with us for shaving his head last Friday and secondly and more importantly he was feeling hot and mighty uncomfortable as the electricity supply in the whole of Gadong area was out and we were caught in total darkness and hotness.
Poor Aydin...he was screaming for comfort from the itchiness, darkness and heat. Mommy, Daddy and Neneks was already panicking as we really don`t know what else to do. Luckily my parents place were not affected and we rushed to their place for comfort. Aydin went quite once we switched on the car air cond and now sleeping comfortably with his mummy at my parent`s place.
It really makes me wonder how was it like back in the early 20th century when there was no proper electricity supply and let alone air-cond. It must be really difficult to raise a child back then..
Anyway..Mommy and Daddy went out for a bit this morning to shop for Aydin`s bath stuff. We ended up buying loads of creams for his head, more cute outfits and best off all a new baby gym. We already bought one with a jungle theme but mommy spoiled him by buying another one with Alien bits hanging all over it...cute!
Dalila on the other hand stayed calm and happily sleeping in her small cute moses basket during the commotion. In fact she sleeps a lot that we barely see her opening her eyes this weekend. Her daddy is going back offshore next week and set up a new blog to keep their families posted on her developments. I am sure she and Aydin will become the bestest of cousin and Aydin`s sidekick in his mission to conquer the world...hua ha ha (Evil laugh).

Aydin`s first cousin
Alhamdulilah and congrats to the Yusbirds on the birth of their baby girl on the 19th April, 9ish pm at JPMC hospital. A healthy Chinese looking baby girl weighing 3.05 kg. Well done guys...worth the wait!
