Trading places
Today we decided to switch places in our weekly afternoon walkies with Aydin as Mommy will be in charge of my heavy bulky camera. I set the setting to f3.5, ISO 100 and Speed of 400 and let her snap away. I should say the outcome is really not bad and can imagine myself shooting with the same composition and frame....thanks mommy!

Whats the story..morning glory?
Aydin is now approximately 4 month 3 weeks +. He never failed to impress us with his new tricks and skills. These days he can flip so fast that we cant leave him alone on the bed or sofa even for 2 seconds. On top of that, we need to keep on changing his bibs and clothes as he keep on drooling and blowing raspberries. His hair is also starting to grow and at the rate he is going we might see some bushy Aydin this Raya.
We think he is now at the stage at which he is slowly trying to connect vocal, language and actions. I could have sworn he said "Alif" last time when his "nenek" tried to teach him to"ngaji". At times when we were playing with him, sometime he make some vocal sound two syllable long..though it means nothing..its the sweetest two syllable ever!. Mommy is currently contemplating to hire another amah to help with the house and one dedicated to take care of the baby. Initially we do not think that this is necessary but guess his safety takes priority.
Nenek Lumut, Uncle Hafiz and Aunty Pijah are currently performing their Umrah. They called yesterday telling us that they did the Akikah for Aydin already. Alhamdulilah one obligation out of the way. This month has been hectic..we are done with the moving in and out, Daddy went out on fun trip to Kuraman, Nenek went to Umrah and this week Nenek is coming back and Uncle Alan is getting married.
Till then...cheers!

Little Boss decided to wake up really early this morning and he was in a super playful mood. After being up almost the rest of the night i can say it can be quite challenging to entertain our little young boy. The minute we closed our eyes, we will either get a poke on the cheek or a yank on our shirt. Usually ignoring him works as he will felt asleep by himself...for some reason that trick doesn`t work last night. So here we are...a walking Zombie at the office...must be the Euro cup fever!

Last weekend mommy and daddy went a bit nuts at Ickle books buying toys for our little hero. I think we spent a bit too much but its all worth it as its all educational and will help him to develop faster. If i recall correctly, we bought him 2 touchy feely books, a rattle ball, a turtle, 2 song CDs, one ABC chart, 4 cubes of textures and sound..and yeah one book that he can during bath. We gave him all this all at once and greedy Aydin tried to grab and eat em` all! Cute!

Aydin & Dalila Zikir and Doa Kesyukuran
It was a big day for Aydin and Dalila today as Nenek Beribi threw a Doa kesyukuran and Majlis Zikir & Mandi Berlawat to celebrate the newly born cucus. It was a great day as relatives from all sides came down to see their celebrated niece, nephew, cousin, cucu, uncle or aunty. For that we thank you to the neneks to organize such event and all relatives that came dwon to see us today.
Aydin was handsomely dress in a peach and orange sinjang while Dalila was looking pretty in a white sleveless dress. It was a mighty hot day and unfortunately so was Aydin. He was ok in the beginning when i held him to go round the guys side but the heat and itchiness from the white pandan thing and bunga rampai finally got him and poor little Aydin threw a mighty tantrum to prove his point.
It is all over now..i did managed to snap a few shots but can`t get much as we were all stress from Aydin and Dalial crying and screaming. Hope my uncle Mohd managed to get a few good ones...
Cheers!

Special Edition: Aydin & Daddy
One sad fact about being a photographer is you are always behind the lens and it can be difficult to make others understand what settings to use, what angle is best, when to shoot and how to minimize camera shake.
Mommy understand this and made an attempt to take my pictures with Aydin using my heavy bulky camera. Shots after shots, finally Mommy was successful making the pictures clear in the right places and guess what i am not blinking, putting on my bengang face or in the middle of giving instructions.
Thanks Mommy! Hehe
